Cholecystitis. Clinical symptoms:

(1) Pain. Severe pain or colic in the right upper abdomen, mostly acute cholecystitis caused by blockage of the cystic duct by a gallstone; pain often occurs suddenly and violently, or in colic, mostly after eating high-fat food, mostly at night

(2) Nausea and vomiting are the most common symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting stubbornly or frequently, which can cause dehydration, collapse and electrolyte disorders

(3) Chills and fever. Mild cases often have chills and low fever, while severe cases have rigor and high fever.

(4) Jaundice. There is generally a mild degree of jaundice, indicating that the infection has spread to the liver, causing liver damage, or inflammation has invaded the common bile duct.
